Continuing on our initiative to simplify processes for our customers and partners, we are excited to announce that RMA requests for product refurbishments and warranty returns can now be submitted online.
For customers who take advantage of our product refurbishment program, this new addition to our website facilitates easy access to submit individual or multiple products for refurbishment with just a couple of clicks. Customers can still contact our customer service team directly to request an RMA #, however requests captured through the web will typically be expedited.

The J.R. Merritt product refurbishment program is a service offered to our customers that transforms worn products to like-new condition. The program begins with a no-charge, complete evaluation of your product to identify what components or electronics need to be refurbished or replaced.
Upon completion of the evaluation, we will promptly provide you with a quotation for refurbishment. The program allows our customers to get a like-new product without having to purchase an entire new product.
All refurbishments include:
- Product repair to like-new condition
- Extensive cleaning & lubrication of components
- Re-alignment of drives (if applicable)
- Renewal of warranty (1 year)
