All J.R. Merritt products have a one (1) year limited warranty from the original ship date. Products found to be defective within this period from normal use and service (not arising from misuse or accident) will be refurbished or replaced free of charge. Please see our terms and conditions for more details on warranty coverage and restrictions. Any distributed products (i.e. Grammer) will fall under the manufacturer's warranty.
If you would like to submit a return for warranty consideration, please complete the form below. Upon completion of this form, J.R. Merritt staff will review your warranty request and if approved, will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) #.
Please note that the submission of this form does not guarantee that your warranty / and or general return request will be approved. For approved returns where an RMA # has been issued, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once received and evaluated, J.R. Merritt staff will then determine if the product is covered under warranty.
