At J.R. Merritt Controls, our hearts are with the communities all around the world fighting the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. We have been closely monitoring developments and prioritizing employee, customer, and partner health and safety while continuing to meet our organization’s commitments.
The situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve, therefore J.R. Merritt would like to provide an update on the current status of our business. As an essential business, serving Ports, Steel, Military, & Construction markets, we will remain open to manufacture and support our product lines. We remain committed to support and serve the needs of our customers.
To maintain the safety of all staff during this time, we are taking appropriate actions and precautions regarding sanitation, travel restrictions, limiting access to our facility, and actively encouraging sick employees to stay at home. Through the use of technology, we have also setup the majority of office staff to work remotely in an effort to minimize onsite staff.
As of today, we are manufacturing at full capacity with no slowdowns or delays. If changing circumstances impact the operations at our facility and create delays in product delivery, customers affected will be notified directly by sales or customer service staff. General company updates will be posted online via our website and social media.
